• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries, assisting organizations on how they manage and report on a broad range of sustainability and climate-related risks and impacts
• Contribute to strategy, solutions, methodologies, analytical frameworks, and tools to help clients succeed and navigate complex regulatory environments and manage stakeholder expectations
• Assist clients in developing and implementing sustainability reporting, setting targets, and creating plans to enhance sustainability value for various topics, including diversity, waste, and environmental impacts
• Review clients' sustainability reports to ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS)
• Ensure work is delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with EY's high standard requirements
• Assist in organizing sustainability workshops, webinars, conferences, and training sessions
• A University degree (preferably in ecology, engineering, circular economy, climate change, or other sustainability related discipline)
• Work experience in a position focused on internal/external sustainability advisory and reporting is an advantage
• General understanding of sustainability reporting requirements
• Ambition to learn, advance and excel in knowledge and experience
