You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Program Manager and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions. Your guidance, technical expertise, and dedication to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry. • Guide and manage a team of electrical technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and facilitation to the team members
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies, processes, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems

• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical design ethics, practices, and standards
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools • Strong guiding and team management abilities
• Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
• Strong dedication to safety, quality, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and thoughtful skills
• Effective communication and people-oriented skills
