Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Provide training and mentorship to field service technicians
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

The annual base salary range for this position in Californiaand New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut,and Hawaii is $64,500 to $96,700. For Washington and most major metropolitanareas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $64,500 to $96,700.Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but notlimited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's workexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations.

Must Have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical field service
• Conveyor system experience
• Ability to travel 100%
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electrical systems and equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Electrical journeyman license
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in customer relationship management
