Description
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project- Coordinating, attending and participating in partner meetings- Documenting meetings and following up on important actions and decisions- Preparing vital presentation materials for meetings- Crafting statements of work (SOWs)- Invoice reviews and reconciliation- Leading of all project documentation including filing, auditing, and record archiving- Develop a deep knowledge of internal department guidelines and policies- Providing administrative support as needed
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, diligent and pays acute attention to detail
  • Proven document management skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Effective working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work cross functionally with other departments to achieve goals
  • Customer-focused, collaborative and an excellent teammate
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies and scheduling
  • Direct experience looking after sensitive and confidential information with integrity a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $82,400 and $124,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
