What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes and increase productivity

  • Manage and optimize the CRM system and other sales technologies

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies

  • Continuously evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologies

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

  • Expert knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
