Collaborate with sales team, deal desk, finance team in managing a daily quote-to-cash process to maximize the company’s bookings and revenue
Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Work with sales team to keep salesforce data up to date, and drive data hygiene management in Salesforce.com
Work in conjunction with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements and bring those requirements to life by aligning operational needs to salesforce.com ‘best practices’
Act as the liaison between our users and global saleforce.com admin team
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
Contribute to maintain business-critical processes including but not limited to:
Lead & Account Assignments, Territory Management, Products & Price Books, CPQ, Reports & Dashboards, Data integrity, and streamlining the day-to-day experience of our end users
Review quotes and order forms from distributors for accuracy and completeness to route for bookings process
Ad-hoc work as required by sales or sales operations leadership

Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams and working with them to solve their challenges
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and
distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter, while is also a team player
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, ability to run VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
