What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales team, deal desk, finance team in managing a daily quote-to-cash process to maximize the company’s bookings and revenue
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Work with sales team to keep salesforce data up to date, and drive data hygiene management in Salesforce.com
  • Work in conjunction with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements and bring those requirements to life by aligning operational needs to salesforce.com ‘best practices’
  • Act as the liaison between our users and global saleforce.com admin team
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Contribute to maintain business-critical processes including but not limited to:
    • Lead & Account Assignments, Territory Management, Products & Price Books, CPQ, Reports & Dashboards, Data integrity, and streamlining the day-to-day experience of our end users
    • Review quotes and order forms from distributors for accuracy and completeness to route for bookings process
    • Ad-hoc work as required by sales or sales operations leadership

  • Quote-to-cash management process knowledge and experience
  • Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams and working with them to solve their challenges
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and
  • distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter, while is also a team player
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, ability to run VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
  • We can only consider applicants that are currently residing in Japan and have permission to work in Japan
