What you’ll be doing:
Oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes and increase productivity
Manage and optimize the CRM system and other sales technologies
Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts
Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies
Continuously evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologies
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
Expert knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in a high-growth technology company
Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce)
