The Application SupportTechnical Leadis accountable for management ofand criticalapplication stack used by the Cash

The Technical Lead will be based on the Hong Kong trading floor and is accountable for leadership in; stakeholder management of local trading desks heads, incident management, root cause analysis/problem management and continuous improvement (for example resiliency, automation, tools/monitoring).

The Lead willfor the Cash Equities Production management APAC Head, and therefore beto lead on the execution of the overall departmental strategy and, as well as represent Cash Equities APAC on senior governance forums.

  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how apps support integrates within the overall technology function to achieveobjectives; requires a good understanding of the industry.

  • 0+ years relevant experiencesupporting Global Markets

  • Strong technicalunderstandingof Linux/Java based systems

  • experience on supportingFIX protocol

  • Conceptual understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly network connectivity fundamentals

  • Post-Graduation in relevant field preferred

  • Senior to advanced level experience in an Apps Support role withcommensurateexperience in

  • Experience of senior stakeholder management

  • Project management with demonstrable results in improving IT services

  • Capacity Planning/Forecasting exposure a plus

  • Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams
