About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that streamline reverse logistics and optimize our recommerce operations. You’ll work on projects that directly impact our environmental goals while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the handling of returned and overstocked products.
What you’ll do…
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Walmart’s recommerce tools and systems, with a focus on improving the lifecycle of products through resale, refurbishment, and recycling
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to execution, working closely with engineering, supply chain, data science, and sustainability teams to build scalable, innovative recommerce platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainability initiatives
• Leverage analytics and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience within the recommerce space
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to design seamless, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall recommerce customer journey
• Ensure the successful launch of new recommerce products and features by leading cross-functional teams through planning, development, and release cycles
• Monitor key product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize performance and impact
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies within recommerce, e-commerce, and supply chain management to ensure Walmart remains a leader in the field

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...These jobs might be a good fit
