Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 4 years of experience in product management or related experience.

Performing quality assurance (QA) via JIRA, Appium, Microsoft team foundation server; Extracting data and doing data analysis by performing SQL querying; Designing and doing API testing with Postman and Selenium; Risk assessment and making trade-off decision for product feature prioritization; Physical retail and ecommerce coupled with quality assurance and product management; Creating user flow diagram via data modelling tool like Lucid chart, draw.io and IBM; Presenting technical needs and business outcomes to business executives; Supporting offshore development team and vendors; Reviewing technical architecture to do gap analysis; Dashboarding and data analysis in Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel functions; Documenting technical and business requirements using confluence; Using waterfall and agile methodology to deliver initiative; Creating feature and initiative roadmap in Microsoft Project Professional; and Managing stakeholders from various cross-functional team to make decision and drive the right outcome.
