What you'll do...

As a part of Walmart Global Technology, you will deliver products that improve our quality and speed around Sustainability Goals and Environmental, Social, and Governance Reporting. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and a strong product management background.

What you'll bring:

• Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and ensure Product Capabilities and drive Digital Merchandising Transformation for Space and Assortment.
• Applying Analytics skills to define data capabilities to empower users with data insight.
• Partnering with our Engineering and Data Science teams to create enterprise solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure with great user experience.
• Developing and enhancing products – you will build capability and tool roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify market strategies, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline.
• Defining vision and strategies for the ESG Product team, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and designing initiatives to mature process discovery.
• Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing initiatives.
• Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
• Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
