This is an exciting time to join the Graffiti Team! We are seeking a Product Leader that is up for the challenge to create a bold and cohesive strategy to deliver on our platform goals and drive a strong culture of collaboration across all our stakeholders. You will be leading a team of 5 to 6 Product Managers and ~8 tech teams. This is a critical product management leadership role within the team that leads the transformation of the Graffiti Platform. Our Platforms enable Card's most relevant life cycle experiences for our customers delivering the Card Welcome kits, including the Card carriers of a new product, delivering monthly Account statements and/or delivering servicing letters with highly relevant account information. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 7 years of experience in digital product management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master’s degree
5+ years of experience in Agile product management
5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
