In this role, you will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to plan, develop and deliver internal communication strategies and content to engage, inform, and inspire our employees, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and results through the following responsibilities: - Oversee the comprehensive planning, development, and delivery of People senior leader presentations and materials, including Keynote slides and scripts.- Create and embed a unified, consistent multi-channel communications strategy- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies aligned with strategic priorities and People programs - Implement effective internal communication analytics and sentiment reporting tools to gauge feedback and develop insights to drive continuous improvement
