Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in technical roles, solid shipping experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team delivery, performance, mentoring
  • Ability to nurture and grow talent
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Azure Stack, Web Applications & API Development, Service & Platform Management, E2E Life Cycle Management & DevOps. React JS Experience is a plus
  • DevOp’s experience is a plus
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Work independently and collaboratively with other teams across Globe to land the common goals while maintaining consistency in results
  • Strong passion for technology and Innovative thinking on envisioning of service roadmaps and delivering end to end services which are long-lasting and agile to future needs
  • Connecting technical roadmaps to measurable outcomes through deep understanding of business and technical goals
  • Inculcate strong engineering culture within team driven through strong Quality of Service focus as outcome for customers and partners
  • Bring in & Drive changes to improve productivity, predictability, platforms in line with organizational aspirations & culture
