- Lead a team of passionate high-calibre engineers developing and coaching them to higher performance and engagement
- Work independently and collaboratively with other teams across Globe to land the common goals while maintaining consistency in results
- Strong passion for technology and Innovative thinking on envisioning of service roadmaps and delivering end to end services which are long-lasting and agile to future needs
- Connecting technical roadmaps to measurable outcomes through deep understanding of business and technical goals
- Inculcate strong engineering culture within team driven through strong Quality of Service focus as outcome for customers and partners
- Bring in & Drive changes to improve productivity, predictability, platforms in line with organizational aspirations & culture
- Ability to take risks and put a structure around it and achieve the goals with focus on people, quality
