• 2+ years of people management experience
• 8+ years of programming experience in C# OR Java OR equivalent object-oriented programming
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent industry experience
• Strong technical expertise, met by proficiency in implementing 2 or more of the following or equivalent areas:

o 4+ years building and running high scale services

o Mission critical big data workloads on Open Source Big Data Stack such as Hadoop, HIVE, SPARK, HBASE etc.

o Implementation of Distributed Systems

o Implementation of Message based architecture

o High scale OLTP or OLAP storage implementations

• Experience leading and delivering projects that span multiple engineering organizations
