Ideal candidate will have strong business analytics acumen, relationship building, project management and leadership. The role requires equal parts digging into structured/unstructured data to drive insights as well as compiling and presenting the findings to senior management. Knowledge of digital onboarders (e.g. LiveRamp) and exposure to ad platforms (e.g. The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Google Ads) is a strong plus.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations for optimization based on reported results, benchmarks, discovered patterns and all necessary context

  • Identify/anticipate and resolve gaps in web analytics/tagging for successful downstream measurement of marketing campaigns

  • Ongoing pursuit of deep understanding of the web analytics, tagging, data management and site personalization/optimization tools to identify untapped opportunities to drive new to bank prospect engagement with the site and ultimately conversion

  • Liaise with internal partners and vendors as needed for strong partnership vision and goals

  • Collaborate with media and advertising partners where necessary to ensure common understanding and utilization of targeting, analytics and reporting to drive efficient use of budget to drive conversions

  • Advocate and find new opportunities to grow corporate segment by leveraging the bank’s Marketing and technology stack as well as identify new opportunities by proactively exploring partnerships/solutions in the market

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling

  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in B2B Marketing and Analytics tools and technology.

  • Direct experience with analytics technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, LiveRamp, Marketo, DemandBase

  • Working knowledge and understanding of Paid media channels such as programmatic display, Paid Search and Social platforms.

  • Hands on experience working with structured and unstructured data and proficient in analyzing existing SQL and writing new SQL queries.

  • Experience working with ETL tools such as SAS, Alteryx, R or Python

  • Proficiency in analytics data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or other similar tools

  • Strong technical skill with MS Excel and MS Power Point

  • Experience packaging and presenting analytical output

  • Ability to operate within a marketing tech stack to conduct and interpret statistical analyses for significance, trends, forecasts and segmentation purposes

  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and application of methods within a digital marketing ecosystem

  • Skilled in translating business questions into analytics requirements

  • Experience working on Agile marketing teams is a plus

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
