Services Account Manager
Job Description

Services Account Manager develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed financial targets for the revenue of the Southern Africa service PNL.

You are responsible for:

  • For the overall Customer Services (CS) revenue business.

  • Promoting and executing the sales of CS products together with district sales teams in accordance with the CS sales strategy.

  • Establishing and maintaining effective Customer / Channel Partner relations in cooperation with the district management and district sales teams

  • Responsible for analysis of CS business data, market trends and competition to strategically position CS sales products in a competitive and profitable manner

  • Responsible for registration and reporting of sales activities using sales tools in accordance with reporting requirements

  • Providing input and feedback on sales strategy and planning to district and regional management

  • Driving Point of sale opportunities with the Account Managers.

  • Responsible for maintaining and increasing CS contract penetration for Installed Base

  • Promote and execute the sales of out of warranty contracts

  • Promote and execute the sales of higher-level CS contracts (e.g. silver to gold)

  • Promote and execute renewal of CS contracts

  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy

You are the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree level education or equivalent.

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Customer Services ideally from healthcare background

  • Good understanding of sales approach or ideally solid sales experience

  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a winner mentality

  • Great collaborator with experience in managing indirect reports and channel partners.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Good experience with Excel.
