Our Global Field Sales team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to manage our Enterprise Sales Teams based in the US. In this role, you will:
Lead and direct a team of Senior Sales Managers both inbound & field sales, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to align with company objectives and drive business growth.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to define sales strategies, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, leveraging these connections to drive sales opportunities and expand market reach.
Oversee the sales process from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue potential.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and foster strategic partnerships.
