[Key Responsibilities]

  • Lead and implement marketing strategies to support the growth of TheraSphere™, ICEfx™ and other IO&E products in Korea.
  • Plan and execute physician education, customer engagement programs, and cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with physicians, KOLs, and key hospitals to support clinical activities, training, and case development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Clinical Specialists, HEMA, and Logistics to drive aligned execution.
  • Develop educational and promotional materials tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Serve as the primary contact for APAC and Global counterparts on IO&E initiatives, supporting regional and global projects.
  • Participate in major customer events and coordinate symposiums to drive engagement.

[Qualification and Experience]

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in medical devices or healthcare-related fields.
  • Comfortable communicating in both Korean and English.
  • Able to take ownership of projects and follow through with execution.
  • Good at working independently but also able to collaborate with different functions.
  • Interest or background in peripheral interventions, interventional oncology, radiology, or similar areas would be an advantage.
  • Experience in working with physicians, new market development, supporting clinical programs, or clinical-oriented marketing.
