What you'll do

The related tasks include, but may not be limited to:

  • Creation and maintenance of work instructions documentation and enablement material for end-users,
  • Backlog consolidation and project task handling,
  • Support project team with qualified advice related process and/ or tool (ServiceNow) usage and compliance,
  • Continuously striving for process and tool optimization & process adoption.

This position will provide you:

  • Hand-on experience on global project design & implementation,
  • In-depth knowledge on ITSM & ITOM processes,
  • Comprehensive knowledge on ServiceNow.

What you bring

  • Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master students of Business, Engineering or Technology with at least 3 semesters left to finish studies .
  • Computer Skills: MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
  • Beneficial: Basic understanding of IT Service and Operations Management (ITSM/ ITOM) processes.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with strong writing skills. German beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Attentions to details, curiosity, and willingness to learn about new technologies, concepts, and tools. Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and able to work independently and proactive way.

We work on a global project to simplify and harmonize business processes and to integrate a new ITSM system throughout the whole SAP landscape. The goal is a fully integrated end-to-end IT Service Management Solution with the same technology for all ticket types by harmonizing processes for all Lines of Business based on a modern cloud architecture.
