GLOBAL PROCESS HUB: Reflect all strategic initiatives in process landscape (BL3, CMA, LECT, REACT, Creation Infrastructure, Range Architecture, Innovation / Futures, Consumer Obsession, Holistic Input, Mktg Excellence)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive/manage global & local process hub / execution business assignments
- Manage complex cross-functional alignment ofx-category/x-functionalprocesses / roles & responsibility with specific focus forx-category/x-functional initiativeson global and local Brand level.
- Drive an effective working relationship across the CCS Brand organization with a specific focus on forx-category/x-functional initiativesvia regular communication and interaction.
- Drive calendar and process alignment globally/ locally/ cross-functionally including process/ system integration.
- Drive CCS Footwear speed creation E2E process.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects as empowered by Line Management.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Performance Culture within the Brand Processes & Operations team.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
