Additional responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Vision: Define and drive a comprehensive IOT connectivity product strategy.

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with key customers to understand their needs and translate market feedback into actionable insights.

  • Ecosystem Development: Foster partnerships and ecosystem growth around CCW IOT products.

  • Decision-Making: Make impactful decisions that align with overall business direction that typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds

  • Technical Communication: Deliver complex technical presentations to showcase managed products.

  • Business astuteness: Leads team collaboration in the creation of business cases and validates cases for development of a new, complex product

  • Market Success: Initiate and manage programs to create demand and differentiation, tracking success in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Seasoned strategic partnerships / business development executive with 15+ years-experience in the consumer and industrial IOT space

  • Must have expertise in wireless connectivity (WiFi/BT/BLE/Thread)

  • 5+ years in managing distribution channels

  • 5+ years negotiating 3rd party business agreements.

  • 5+ years working in a large matrixed organization.

  • Proven track record of delivering a strong ROI on large platform products

  • Experience working with ecosystem partners in the wireless space including MNOs, module makers, service providers

  • Proven track record in managing consumer electronic OEMs for wireless technology products.

  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to quickly establish credibility and positive influence across a diverse array of technical teams in multiple geographies.

  • Experience in managing on the overall silicon manufacturing process

  • Team Leadership: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, initiative oriented, recognized as a successful leader who has demonstrated the ability to organize, and motivate a cohesive team across multiple disciplines. He/she will also be known as being accessible and approachable, respecting intellectual integrity and valuing individuality.

Pay range:

$191,500.00 - $287,500.00
