What You'll Do

  • Brand Strategy Development – Refine the brand positioning and long-term strategy. Analyze brand performance, category trends, insights and competitive dynamics. Lead the brand tracker.
  • Brand Campaigns – lead the conceptualization, implementation and optimization of creative marketing campaigns across various channels. Work closely with the creative team to ensure messaging and visuals align with the brand voice and identity. Measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams, ensuring that work is completed on time and that final products meet expectations.
  • Manage agencies/vendors as extended team to expand creative needs.
  • Take ownership of our bi-annual Brand Tracker and develop insights from the tracker.
  • Manage our Creative Agency and Media Agency, specifically with our brand campaign.
  • Collaborate with our Demand Gen Teams to bring Brand and Demand Gen together.
  • Brand Management/Governance – oversee brand materials developed across the company.
  • Work with internal creative team to develop brand assets.
  • Write brand/creative briefs.
  • Budget management – Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management in B2B.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, manage many projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Understanding of AI tools for marketing.
