The successful account manager will:
- Managed sellers/leads to drive the seller facing features/service adoption and other high value actions. - Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and EU&NA marketplace busi-ness trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments - Identify new opportunities across a large number of sellers, develop and execute project plans.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
