Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach Hiring Managers and coordinate selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions.
  • Develop and implement organizational recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.
  • Prepare, extend and negotiate competitive job offers.
  • Utiilize key technologies to enhance and develop sourcing capabilities. Maximize the strategic role of the Talent Acquisition function and eliminate non-value added work. Focus on continuous improvement and drive process harmonization across the region. May contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
  • Build strategic relationships with Hiring Managers and ensure regular communication throughout the process.
  • Troubleshoot problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process.
  • May work with outside agencies and vendors.
  • Coordinate and lead strategic talent acquisition projects.
  • Ensure the organization complies with local laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.

Education & Responsibilities:

  • Level 8 Bachelors degree required in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Ideally 5 + years experience managing high volume recruitment .
  • Demonstrated experience of sourcing capabilities using relevant technologies.
  • Ability to share relevant data insights to the business using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Coaching & mentoring skills required to support the business but also the wider TA team.
  • In house recruitment experience would be highly advantageous ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Detail oriented, flexible problem solver and ability to prioritise tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
