Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Define and prepare industry business plans/ strategy, to inform strategy and investment decisions of SAP Korea
- Support development account strategies for strategic opportunities with Industry specifics
- Be the strategic advisor to our customers on industries, transformations and the application of our solutions in the specific industry
- Support the account teams with the industry narrative / storytelling in customer content on strategic sales opportunities
- Develop and share transformation frameworks (journey models, deliverable frameworks, governance models, communication plans) that is used to guide sales teams, partners, and customers and overcome culture, business, technology, and political barriers
- Advise customers and account teams on best-practices how customers can unlock the full value potential and maximize consumption of the products they have purchased

- Represent the company internally and externally on industry subject matters
- Develop and guide transformation and associated deliverables E2E
- Experience with industry business plans and how to develop
- Understand industry best-practices and have the ability to apply them customer context
- Understand the concept of value realization and how to implement
- Communicate messages related to area of expertise in a clear and consumable manner
- Responsible for delivery of quality outcomes of projects of high volume or high risk

Functional Experiences
- 5-8+ years of professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT/Consulting organizations and with a demonstrated expertise of High Tech or Discrete industry / solution segment (e.g. through Solution Management, Sales, Business Consulting or Business Development roles)
- SAP product experience and/or 9-12 years prior relevant industry/solutions experience
- Viewed as industry/ solutions expert across SAP, capable of leveraging an extensive network on behalf of SAP resulting in pipeline and revenue growth
- Proven track record of success in the selected industry area
- Customer facing experience
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred
SAP Specific Knowledge
- Experience in working together with other sales roles
- Experience in working with SAP Cloud and On-premise solutions
- Experience with SAP industry solutions for your industry
