- Transform complex transaction and customer data into actionable insights for the renewal and sales teams.
- Work with large datasets across multiple subject areas within the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
- Perform data blending, joins, and custom queries to support analytical needs.
- Use advanced Excel functions, Tableau calculations, and Alteryx workflows to develop custom logic and meet business requirements (SQL experience is a plus).
- Design and implement process automation using bots and other tools to streamline operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes for greater efficiency.
- Conduct gap analysis to detect and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality data.
- Troubleshoot and mitigate data issues, ensuring reliable reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations—to gather requirements and drive data-driven solutions and system enhancements.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or a similar role (experience in the software industry preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Experience with SQL and systems like Zuora, Salesforce, Snowflake, and MicroStrategy are preferred.
- You are familiar with process automation tools and workflow automation.
- You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
