Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field AND 2+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience building reports, dashboards, or other analytics using business intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience querying data using an industry standard query language (SQL, KQL, etc.)
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain knowledge of datacenter operations, server repair, IT, and/or shop floor processes, and experience mining these processes to produce insights is preferred.
- Experience with advanced data visualization frameworks such as D3 or Observable Framework is a plus.
- Experience with and passion for data visualization that distills complexity into simple to understand visuals and insights.
- Experience with Kusto Query Language is a plus
- Experience with Grafana
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum SDLC, preferably using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience with data storytelling principles is a plus
