Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field AND 2+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience building reports, dashboards, or other analytics using business intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience querying data using an industry standard query language (SQL, KQL, etc.)


Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain knowledge of datacenter operations, server repair, IT, and/or shop floor processes, and experience mining these processes to produce insights is preferred.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization frameworks such as D3 or Observable Framework is a plus.
  • Experience with and passion for data visualization that distills complexity into simple to understand visuals and insights.
  • Experience with Kusto Query Language is a plus
  • Experience with Grafana
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum SDLC, preferably using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Experience with data storytelling principles is a plus

  • Lead and partner with a variety of stakeholders across our organization to build reports, dashboards, analytics, and other business intelligence tools to operationalize metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Explore and analyze data to supply meaningful insights on a wide range of organizational processes.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and contribute modeling expertise as a team player.
  • Influence across disciplines and teams to ensure we are making data-driven decisions and solving critical problems for our customers.
  • Build and deploy visualizations that deliver insights to decision-makers at an array of levels, from executives to front-line staff.
  • Mentor others and stay current with advances in the industry.
