Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner delivery teams, ensuring alignment with BMC’s indirect strategy.
  • You will onboard partners into new and existing Customer Success Partner Programs.
  • You will develop Partner Success Plans for partners, executing these plans to achieve their goals and effectively communicate the results to internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • You will review partner implementation opportunities and identify any gaps in their skills.
  • You will track partner engagements, monitor project timelines, and assess any associated risks.
  • You will track partner product training, certifications, and the investments BMC is making into their practice, helping them drive business outcomes.
  • You will understand partner challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and share lessons learned both internally and externally.
  • You will facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between internal and external parties, providing timely updates on significant issues and developments.
  • You will conduct regular partner check-ins, QBRs, emails, and other communications, maintaining accurate and detailed records of partner interactions.
  • You will survey customers and measure partner performance against KPIs.
  • You will maintain and map contacts in the partner ecosystem.
  • You will drive simplification and continuous improvement in partner practices and processes.
  • You will identify and share Partner Success Stories.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within Services, Channel, or Customer Success Organizations.
  • Skilled at drawing insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and transforming raw data into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in scheduling, leading, and following up on virtual meetings.
  • Experienced in developing and delivering MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries with audiences at all levels.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment, with Salesforce and BMC products as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting demands, priorities, and setbacks.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong at synthesizing complex issues into simple concepts for various stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a drive for results and a positive attitude.
