Job Overview: Staff Specialist Agile Partner leads the implementation of Agile Engineering practices and scaled agile frameworks across several teams. They develop strategies for continuous improvement and track and report progress, ensuring that teams adhere to agile frameworks. This role is critical for auditing the use of agile practices and optimizing workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
· Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings across multiple teams, promoting agile best practices.
· Remove Impediments and Shield the Team: Develop strategies to prevent common impediments and work across multiple teams to maintain focus on sprint goals.
· Promote Adoption of Agile Practices: Conduct advanced coaching sessions across multiple teams, focusing on improving efficiency and adopting best agile practices.
· Provide Agile Governance and Oversight: Audit the use of agile practices among several teams, providing feedback and adjustments to enhance process fidelity.
· Facilitate Effective Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance collaboration across several teams within larger initiatives.
· Support Backlog Management: Advise Product Owners on backlog management strategies for several teams, optimizing for efficiency and value delivery.
· Monitor and Report on Progress: Develop comprehensive tracking systems that capture performance metrics across several teams, enhancing transparency and decision-making.
· Foster Continuous Improvement: Analyze improvement efforts across several teams, synthesizing feedback to drive larger process enhancements.
· Assess, Implement, and Support Agile Tool Adoption: Lead the implementation of chosen agile tools across several teams, ensuring proper setup and integration with existing workflows.
· Drive Adoption of Agile Engineering Practices: Coordinate with engineering leads to implement Agile Engineering practices across several teams, ensuring practices are understood and adopted.
· Support Scaled Agile Practices: Guide several teams in adopting scaled agile practices, ensuring that cross-team dependencies are managed effectively for smoother program execution.
