We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Intern to join our firm with below major responsibilities and job requirements:
Major responsibilities
- Support on logistics preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses
- Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre – course with participants
- Support in managing attendance of each class
- Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors
- Support L&D team in compulsory reports preparation
- Support in VACPA exam registration for employee
- Other tasks assigned by L&D Managers
Job requirements
- Last year student or graduated with Bachelor's degree majoring in Business, Language, etc.
- English proficiency (verbal & written)
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Attentive to details, mature and result-oriented
- Team work spirit
