- Contribute to the management and development of our base salary, bonus, and equity programs- Support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of key compensation systems, databases, and tools- Participate in compensation surveys and provide analysis of competitive positioning.- Contribute to the development of compensation policies and practices- Perform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer job architecture and compensation policies and programs- Assist with the annual compensation planning process- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners and vendors
