Your role:
Supports Compensation Leads with stakeholder management and leads or contributes to projects involving salary reviews, promotions, and market adjustments. Collaborates closely with People Partners (PPS) and Talent Acquisition (TA) on compensation-related processes and initiatives. Conducts salary benchmarking and job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels and ensure equitable pay practices across the organization.
Participates in compensation surveys and analyzes data to provide market insights and recommendations. Supports the annual compensation review cycle, including data audits, system preparation, and reporting. Maintains compensation structures such as salary ranges, geographic pay differentials, and job classifications. Prepares and presents ad hoc compensation analyses and recommendations to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Contributes to the design and successful implementation of reward programs, processes, and tools. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations in the U.S. by staying current on relevant legislation and best practices. Participates in cross-functional projects as needed within the Total Rewards function to support broader organizational goals.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards or related areas
Your skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other data analysis tools, and Power BI; possess strong analytical and quantitative skills. Also, have experience with HRIS and compensation software (preferably Workday), as well as knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

You're an excellent communicator, a well-organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and solid presentation skills. You have a proven ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism. You also handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $100,000 to $159,000.
