- Conducting User Research: Gathering insights from users through interviews, surveys, and observations to understand their needs and pain points when using our products.
- Reporting and Escalation: Identify potential risks and issues during development and promptly report them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Pre-Launched Model: Construct initial versions of the product to simulate its functionality and assess its feasibility before full-scale production begins.
- Testing and Iteration: Conducting usability tests with actual users to identify any issues or areas for improvement within the designed interface.
- Implementing Improvements: Work closely with developers to implement changes based on user feedback and ensure seamless integration of the updated UI/UX into the final product.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human-computer interaction, Psychology, Mathematics, Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in the mobile industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in UX research tools and methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace applications.
- Expertise designing and executing user studies, including setting up experiments, collecting data, and analyzing results.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis.
- Understanding of human-computer interaction principles and theories.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and research findings to non-technical audiences.
- Continuous curiosity and willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UX research.
- Passion for improving user experiences and positively impacting people's lives through technology.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Preferred in Korean bilingual, both spoken and written.
