Job responsibilities
- Supports product discovery through user research and market analysis to uncover client needs and new business opportunities to inform the strategic product roadmap
- Builds strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients by actively engaging and understanding their needs and acts as the voice of client to our product organization
- Fosters effective collaboration between the sales and product teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges with relentless focus on client experience
- Assesses upstream and downstream implications of new product features and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
- Partners with the product teams to build features defining requirements, owning and maintaining a product backlog that enables development teams to deliver effectively
- Builds frameworks to track product performance defining key success metrics including cost, feature adoption, risk posture and reliability and inform product pricing activities
- Develops a product vision and Go To Market strategy to deliver product growth and continuous value to customers
- Supports delivery of large initiatives developing project plans to track and communicate to leadership and other stakeholders at different levels
- Aligns with cross-functional partners to co-create business readiness materials and keep up-to-date with changes in customer solution and service needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven experience in product management in Embedded Finance or related Payments domain, particularly in strategy and commercialisation
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and experience in activities including discovery, ideation, strategy development, requirements definition and end-to-end delivery
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders across various levels and functions
- Experience building and commercializing innovative products and services with a passion for innovation and driving results through collaboration
- Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to gather, interpret and utilize data to drive informed decision-making
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization in a client facing role
- Excellent understanding of e-Commerce and Corporate business models (e.g. B2B, B2C, B2B2C)
- Experienced with executive messaging, strategy/vision setting, and crafting commercial messages to grow revenue
