What You’ll Do:
- Support the SDR organization in optimizing its core engagement platform Outreach.io, inventorying, analyzing, and updating its catalog of messaging
- Liaise with marketing to ensure we have new templates and sequences prepared for events and campaigns
- Collect feedback from SDRs on messaging needs and assist in implementing requests
- Help with prospecting projects leading up to events
- Assist with post-event lead assignments
- Support dissemination of knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends to the SDR team via educational sessions, updates to the SDR playbook, and development of SDR centric one-pagers on relevant competitors and market trends
- Create final presentation around messaging best practices, most successful campaigns, sequences, templates
