About the RoleAs an Account Coordinator at Uber Direct, you will be responsible for handling and developing positive relationships with our key clients. It is the perfect mix between a commercial and an analytical/operational role.
What you'll do- Lead and strengthen meaningful relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and provide effective and customized solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to improve value for the client.
- Discuss contracts and business agreements to ensure profitable and long-term business relationships.
- Proactively resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
What you'll need- Graduated from commercial & civil engineering.
- Skills in operations, partner management, negotiation, effective communication, & deep analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
- Learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
- Customer oriented attitude and a strong focus on problem-solving.
