About the Role

Also you will play an integral role on a cross-functional team, executing towards our vision and strategy of connecting Ecommerce to final consumers. You will be the face of Uber Direct externally to a portfolio of partners, where you will negotiate and help operate high-priority partnerships that drive revenue growth. You will collaborate across internal teams including product, finance, legal, compliance, and operations to provide the best service to our customers!

What You'll Do
  • Clearly understand and communicate the value of Uber Direct to Enterprise Accounts
  • Drive revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying and closing new businesses.
  • Construct, forecast, and run your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM.
  • Perform a broad range of financial, quantitative and qualitative analyses to deeply understand the strategy the country needs taking into consideration growth, revenue, marketing, and the development of the accounts.
  • Seek and achieve logistics, same-day delivery, delivery as a service industry knowledge to have enriching conversations with Enterprise Accounts
  • Develop meaningful and long-lasting relationships with key partners by focusing on building trust and crafting successful joint business plans
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals (financial and qualitative)
  • Present and report key results to partners, internally and externally
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of proven ability of operations management / key account management / sales / business development work in a large business or growing a startup.
  • Comfortable dealing with financial information and thoughtful about overall strategic choices.
  • Insightful when dealing with people. Able to quickly establish relationships with external and internal partners.
  • High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response.
  • Analytics chops: Google Sheets
  • Be a meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses. Have the ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely manner.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value.
  • English and Portuguese proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • SQL Basic proficiency
  • CRM experience
  • Has worked in a fast paced company
  • Experience with restaurants / food & beverage is a plus
