Your deep expertise will be crucial in guiding the technical direction and successful delivery of these solutions. Experience with Logik.io or other advanced configuration engines is a strong plus.

As we move towards Salesforce Revenue Cloud, you will be a key technical contributor to the strategic vision and execution roadmap, ensuring our systems remain agile, scalable, and future-ready in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role requires profound technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to technically lead and execute multiple complex projects in parallel with quick context switching.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of IT Applications.

Your Impact:

  • Architect & Implement: Drive the architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of robust Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to technical best practices.

  • Strategic Technical Execution: Provide critical technical expertise to shape and execute the long-term Salesforce Revenue Cloud roadmap, ensuring the seamless evolution from CPQ to an integrated quote-to-cash ecosystem from a technical implementation perspective.

  • Technical Execution & Delivery: Lead the technical execution of multiple high-priority CPQ projects in parallel, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while balancing business agility and system stability.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT to provide technical guidance and solutions that streamline and optimize Q2C processes, enabling faster deal cycles and revenue recognition.

  • Deep Technical Expertise & Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert and provide hands-on technical leadership in Salesforce CPQ, including complex pricing rules, product bundling, advanced approvals, contract lifecycle management, and ERP integrations.

  • Advanced Configuration Management: Champion and technically lead the adoption and implementation of Logik.io or other advanced CPQ configuration engines to enhance complex product configurations and pricing strategies.

  • Drive Innovation: Maintain a strong curiosity for emerging technology trends, particularly in AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning. Actively identify, evaluate, and prototype opportunities to apply these technologies innovatively within the CPQ and broader Q2C ecosystem to enhance capabilities like predictive pricing, guided selling, and process automation.

  • Enhance Engineering Velocity: Champion and leverage modern developer productivity platforms, tools, and methodologies to accelerate the delivery lifecycle and improve overall engineering team efficiency for CPQ solutions.

  • Agility & Problem-Solving: Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, quickly switching between multiple initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on technical execution, innovation, and complex problem resolution.

  • Technical Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers and developers working on CPQ solutions, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and efficient delivery.

Your Experience
