Key Responsibilities
Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
Create under limited supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met with stakeholders for problem resolution. Additional stakeholders are logistics and Field Service Operations.
Handle customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax
Generate reports & track orders, opportunities, booking and shipment
Develop basic knowledge of Applied Materials products
Support all aspects of Customer Owned Material program with limited supervision thatincludes monitoring of all steps of process flow and interfacing with support organizations as needed to prevent extended processing delays.
Undertake process improvement projects under guidance from senior team members
Role Requirement
Fluent in English
1~2 years above experience in order fulfilment (訂單執行, order management and follow-up). Semiconductor industry experience would be a big plus.
Experience in SAP & data systems is a plus
Location: Hsinchu (primary location); Tainan is alternate location only.
