About The Role
Please note this is a hybrid role in our NYC office.
- Support our North American CRO revenue ongoing programs
- Manage travel and coordination such as booking flights, hotels, and local transportation
- Lead large meeting forums while providing note taking, setting up recordings, and follow up initiatives
- Organize events and company wide off-sites
- Establish & execute revenue focused cross-departmental projects planning, execution, reporting, and monitoring with heavy emphasis on the Consulting department
- Drive consensus and support with senior leadership for cross-functional initiatives across the NAM CRO organization
Your Experience & Skills
- 1+ years experience in managing a similar position - PMO/project managers, executive assistant
- Passion and ability to lead cross-organization projects, from initiation to full execution and closure, with multiple interfaces globally
- Experience working in global companies
- A highly independent way of work, yet a great team player
- Strategic, data driven hands on approach to planning, problem solving, and execution
- Familiarity with sales operations, SaaS organizations, data & analytics
- Experience working with senior managers and understanding their needs alongside promoting project success goals
