Design, create content, facilitate leadership events and workshops for the Technology organization focusing on unique needs and business objectives
Drive change by project managing follow up activities after each event to ensure the organization and leaders act on commitments
Partner with technical leaders to understand organizational gaps and design experiences to unlock insights to drive leadership actions
Organize events/forums to bring senior leaders together to identify business challenges and develop actions to address business needs
Build a community among senior individual contributors across the technical organization through development of offsites and technical forums
Collaborate with leaders and their talent partners to design and deliver trust building interventions to help build high performing leadership teams
Understand ways of working across Tech and develop actions for improving efficiency across teams.
Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders and external consultants.
Your Expertise:
12+ years of experience applying academic knowledge to real world challenges with demonstrated experience delivering tangible impact in multiple practice areas
Exceptional facilitation skills and an ability to engage audiences in workshop and offsites both in person and virtually, synchronously and asynchronously
High degree of executive presence, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
Curriculum and program design experience, specifically designing Leadership programs for tech audiences.
Demonstrated knowledge of learning science and learning experience design applied within technical organizations.
Track record of delivering unique and creative learning experiences that achieve outstanding learning outcomes.
Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders across multiple groups and geographies.
Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences.
Comfort with ambiguity, change and experimentation - a willingness to iterate
Strong understanding of Technology organizations and how technical organizations operate.
Hands on design, content creation and facilitation of workshops with audiences in excess of 100 attendees to enable positive cultural impact.
