Leadership Development Manager
As our Leadership Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in creating and delivering best in class learning experiences.
The primary purpose of the Leadership Development Manager is to manage the design and implementation of dynamic and effective learning strategies and programs that enhance the leadership skills and behaviours of people across the organization. This role involves designing and delivering effective learning structures, effective course content, and ensuring that learning outcomes align with the organization's objectives.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the program management and/or project management of Leadership and Counselling programs (people management), initiatives and milestones.
- Prepare and manage a detailed plan for each design project, including milestones, resources (including vendors/partners) risk, impacts, issues and mitigants.
- Define, measure and evaluate learning objectives, impacts and outcomes.
- Utilise data and feedback to inform metrics and leverage these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with other Talent Development streams.
- Collaborate with other Talent Development pillars to produce best practice learning solutions and experiences to meet the business and/or talent development strategy.
What we look for
To be considered for this role you must have skills and experience;
- Proven experience in leadership design, learning design and deployment or Business Partnering or Performance
- Ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environment
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Tertiary Degree in Education/Training, or related HR discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role

- Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading a team
- Fast, agile, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor communications for different channels and audiences.
