Your key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, task assignments, budget management and resource allocation.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of project management methodologies, frameworks, and standards.
- Assist in the development of project management templates, tools, and processes.
- Provide project management guidance and support to project managers and teams.
- Monitor project performance, tracking key metrics, and generating reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and procedures.
- Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
- Support the implementation of project governance, including project initiation, status reporting, and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to lessons learned exercises and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging project management trends.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Project Management, etc.).
- Previous experience in a project management or PMO-related role.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are desirable.
- Work experience or internships in the financial services industry or Big 4 is preferred.
- A fluent command in English. French and/or German is a plus.
