Clinical & Professional Marketing Specialist - Sleep & Respiratory Care (Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Basilicata e Molise)
Job DescriptionThedrives professional recommendation of the product categories for the assigned internal region of the zone, contribution in developing and executing the professional marketing plans, in alignment with Clinical & Professional Marketing Lead S&RC, and local Commercial Leader.
You are responsible for
- Improving the lives of people with sleep & respiratory disorders by providing innovative solutions and products
- Increasing brand preference and customer loyalty with professional stakeholders (indirect channel partners, DME’s, homecare providers)
- Contribute to profitable growth by driving prescriptions from clinical societies (medical community: physicians, nurses, technicians)
- Engage & educate prof. & clinical societies, customers, and organizations representing patients
- Provide the clinical benefits of Philips products and technical advice and product demos for clinical audiences (prescribers, organizations representing patients, local HCP)
- Participate in local events, congresses, etc.
Inform clinical strategy & provide insight
- Supports Clinical and Professional Marketing Lead to better understand segmentation & key requirement of value space from clinical perspective through engagement with key Markets, KOLs and patient associations
Plan Clinical Roadmaps
- Manages clinical insights & claims roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing & sales support activities
- Collect and coordinate all the clinical request for studies from local region to allign the Clinical & Professional Marketing Lead..
- Ba/MSc Degree or similar diploma
- 3-5 years experience as Application Specialist in Sleep/Respiratory industry or Healthcare industry
- Deep practical knowledge of clinical and health economics domains such as Pulmonology, Neurology, ENT and Sleep or Cardio Clinicians
- Understanding of Care pathways, and ability to recognize and potentially facilitate removing barriers for future new clinical approach on them
- Problem Solving capabilities. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean
- Outstanding business acumen and fast learner
- Financial Knowledge is recommended to understands revenue & margin management
- Good practical ICT knowledge and experience in implementing and using digital solutions in the Connected Care environment. Able to support users of patient management platforms (like “CareOrchestrator”) for efficient patient management.
- Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
- Champion growth of marketing- and sales colleagues across the organization
- Italian and advanced English
