You are responsible for:
Providing primary training and education to customers.
Disseminating technical product information and executing hospital staff training, including in the cath-lab during clinical procedures as needed.
Monitoring system usage through regular contact with users to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and related systems, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory, advancing revenue and market position in line with territory, division, and company goals.
Building strong customer relations by interfacing directly with hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, and other relevant staff.
Collaborating with Marketing and other internal groups to assess needs and provide management with competitive intelligence.
Processing and monitoring product complaints according to company procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
BA/MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related clinical/scientific field.
3-5 years of clinical support experience in a cath-lab.
Fluency in English and native proficiency in Italian.
Availability to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage.
Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
