What you’ll do

• Design and programme manage a plan for Operational Excellence for the team.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps and design and implement a plan to deliver process improvements within the team.
• Maintain, test and strive to improve business operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate the performance of internal teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
• Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
• Act as a liaison between business and risk groups.
• Create monthly performance reports
• Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
• Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we’ll need from you

• Proven track record in managing Operational Excellence Programmes
• Extensive and demonstrable Senior Operations Management experience is essential for this role

Education

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
