Visualize the data, then analyze it to conclude to improve the performance of automation.Applying extensive expertise in all facets of mechanical product design, providing direction, mentorship, and resources to other engineering groups, project leaders, and factory technicians.Acting as lead engineer on a variety of projects, participating in project planning of major sub-projects, and staying current on relevant technical trends and developments.Crafting for manufacturability by providing early and ongoing involvement to ensure new products are mechanically manufactured.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, mechanical, automation, software, or related science/engineering fields
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Tableau, or C#, with hands-on project experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, quality control, and other fundamentals.
- Experience in developing or optimizing data analysis tools and automating systems.
- Experience in conducting deep analyses of production data to identify bottlenecks, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in leading or participating in cross-functional data analytics, automation, or machine learning projects.
- Familiarity with AppleScript is a plus.
- Proactive with a strong ability to learn fast and adapt to changes.
