Key Qualifications
- Deep knowledge in two or more of the following: camera calibration, image processing, AI/ML, optical instrumentation
- Experience in image quality, camera performance characterization, camera imaging science and calibration
- Faster learner, innovative/think different, self motivated, can define/study/tackle problems by himself/herself.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills, in a worldwide environment, oral & written with English and Mandarin.
- Remains flexible and calm in times of uncertainty.
- Good mathematics, statistics background, understand tolerance analysis, process capability, 6-sigma principles will be a plus
- Experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, highly multi-functional and fast pace environment.
- Ability to travel frequently.
Education & Experience
MS or PhD Degree in Optical Engineering
