This role requires a versatile individual with a broad skill set to contribute to the success of the Marcom team by working across various functions. The successful candidate will manage and support a diverse range of operational tasks and initiatives, ranging from localization operations, vendor management, Marcom facilities and event services, Marcom governance and technology and staff culture engagements and communication. This position requires a self-motivated multi-tasker who loves playing a pivotal role handling behind the scene aspect of the Marketing Communications efforts. You will be supporting the Operations and Creative Production team in the following areas :Key responsibilities include:- Lead all localization operations from venue set up, facilitate tools adoption and security guidelines and compliance, travel planning and budget tracking of special projects- Lead and support extensive network of agency partners and freelancers, maintain up-to-date database of all resources and information- Ensure facilities and infrastructure meet security compliance according to global standards- Facilitate new tools and technology adoption - Maintain up to date data in relation to space planning and ensure overall functionality of the Marcom space- Orchestrate and manage internal events and country visits planning, venue management, vendor coordination for catering, supplies and logistics and ensuring a smooth and successful execution- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture by ensuring effective communications
